These beautiful town homes were totally renovated in the Spring of 2003 by the same owners who have the new beach home "Beach Breeze." These non-smoking units are professionally decorated in an updated casual beachy style. (No aqua or pink here!) Handcrafted furniture, original paintings and lithographs are throughout the homes. The second floor of each unit features a master bedroom with a king-size bed, TV, private bath and its OWN balcony overlooking the Gulf. Fall asleep to the sound of the surf. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed as well as a set of built-in bunk beds and a full bath. The main level has a bright, well-equipped kitchen. The comfortable living area has a large TV, a sleeper sofa as well as two easy chairs and a third bathroom. Each townhome sleeps a maximum of 7 people: 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twins (bunks) and 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa. Ramsgate by the Sea is located in Seagrove Beach (not Seacrest) at the end of a dead end street, which means no noise and no traffic. There’s even covered parking for those short trips to the seafood market. After a lazy day at the beach, head just 50 yards to the large, heated pool to relax. There are 18 miles of bicycle paths, state parks and nearby lakes providing plenty of fun filled days.
