The living and dining areas are on the second floor to take advantage of the gorgeous views. The beautiful table seats eight while the counter has room for a few more. But while at the beach, why not enjoy the views and dine al fresco in the pretty teak dining area on the main floor porch? There are four bedrooms: Two bedrooms with queen size beds and a kids bedroom with two sets of bunks (4 twin beds) as well as a sleeper sofa all on the first floor. The fourth bedroom is on the second floor and has a king size bed. Our home sleeps a maximum of 11 people: 1 King Bed, 2 Queen Beds, 4 Twin Beds (bunks) and 1 Sleeper Sofa. There are three living areas: Children will enjoy watching TV or videos in their living room on the first floor near their nautical bunkroom while the adults relax in the main floor living room on the second floor or escape to the 3rd floor tower to catch the sunset. The cute neighborhood of Summer's Edge, with its picket fences and sidewalks, is located South of 30-A. Our home is on the south side of the neighborhood (closer to the beach) and on a corner lot providing privacy as well as 'breathing room'. There are miles of unspoiled beach, great bike paths, lakes and state parks providing plenty of fun filled days. Great nearby restaurants and shops in Seaside, Rosemary Beach and Destin make this gorgeous beach home the Ideal Vacation Location!
